DOG SLED INTRODUCTION

Discovery ride – 2h00
A silent journey through the northern forests. Simple, real, intense.

Step into the world of dog sledding, as close as possible to the pack. Upon arrival, you are welcomed into a preserved natural setting, far from the noise, where everything begins with the silent exchange of gazes between humans and dogs. You meet the dogs, learn how to approach them, to understand them, and then take part in preparing the sled team — a
powerful moment where every gesture matters.
Once the dogs are harnessed, it’s time for departure. You embark on a 7 km ride, pulled by a strong and fluid team, across snowy forests and northern landscapes. The journey lasts about 25 minutes, carried by the crunch of the runners on snow and the breath of the dogs in full stride.
At the finish, a warm drink awaits you — the perfect time to share impressions, ask questions, and let your body gently return.

DRIVING INTRODUCTION

Dog sled driving training – 3h00
A moment of sharing, transmission, and thrills.

Taking the reins of a Nordic dog team is a rare experience. It requires presence, listening, humility… and a good dose of adrenaline.
The initiation begins with a full briefing, covering the basics of sled driving, safety instructions, posture, and the mindset required for this adventure. Then, to help you feel the glide and balance, you are first pulled by a snowmobile on an adapted trail. This first step allows you to sense the curves, anticipate movements, and adjust your stance — without the
dogs.
Then comes the powerful moment: meeting the dogs, discovering the team members, and preparing the sled together. Each dog is harnessed with care, in a precise and meaningful ritual.

You then take the reins for a ride in partial autonomy, under my supervision on a snowmobile to ensure your safety at all times. You drive the team yourself, feel the group’s strength, the dogs’ responsiveness, the wind on your face.
At the end, a warm drink awaits you — the perfect pause to let emotions settle and fully take in what you have just experienced.

CANI-HIKE (all year round)

Hike connected to a dog – 1h30
Connection through effort, silence, and the animal. A strong bond.

Walking with the strength of an ancient bond. Before departure, you meet the dogs:
introduction to the Nordic breeds and their history, then choosing your walking companion according to your profile, your energy, and what you are seeking. A harness, a belt, a towline… and you are linked to a dog, for a dynamic walk where every step is shared.
The dog pulls you, drives you forward, wakes up your legs — but even more, he opens the door to another form of presence. Canicross hiking is more than effort: it’s a silent alliance.
You feel the dog’s reactions, he feels yours. Sometimes he tests you, often he follows you, always he watches you.
It is an experience of connection, through breath, movement, and the forest.

No words needed: everything happens in the tension of the line, the shared rhythm, the instant lived together.
